SUMMER SNACK IN LAVASH.

Cooking time - 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS for 3 servings:

Tomato - 2 pieces

Sweet pepper - 1 piece

Avocado - 1 pc.

Red onion - 1 piece

Quail egg - 6 pieces

Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.

Lavash - 3 pieces

COOKING METHOD:
Cut tomatoes, bell peppers and avocado into small pieces, sweet blue onions into strips. 

Hard-boiled quail eggs and cut in half. Of course, eggs can be replaced with regular chicken eggs.

Drizzle with lemon juice, which complements the avocado well.
Salt and oil to taste.
Put the salad mix on thin pita bread and wrap it in an envelope.
