Cooking time - 30 min 

INGREDIENTS:

Zucchini - 300 gr

Carrots - 100 gr

Hard cheese - 70 gr

Wheat flour - 110 gr
Milk - 50 ml


Chicken egg - 1 pc

Slaked soda vinegar

Salt (if necessary) - to taste

White pepper (optional) - to taste

Greens (optional) - to taste



COOKING METHOD:


Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Meanwhile, rub the zucchini and hard cheese. Add the fried carrots.
Mix everything and add the egg, milk, soda, as well as pepper (optional) and chopped herbs (optional). If necessary, you can add salt.
To get pancakes in the form of flowers, you need a special mold.First, it is advisable to put the finished pancakes on a paper towel so that the excess oil is absorbed. Then you can serve.

BISCUITS «RAVEN’S EYE»

Cooking time - 60min

INGREDIENTS:
Butter - 180 gr

Wheat flour - 250 gr

Soda (special baking soda, can be replaced with baking powder (5 gr.)) - 1 sachet


Vanilla sugar (8 gr.) - 1 sachet
Sugar - 1/2 cup

Chicken egg - 1 pc

Walnuts (whole walnut kernels)

Almonds (by number of cookies)

Milk chocolate - 100 gr

Cream (20-33%. The amount of this ingredient is approximate. When melting chocolate in a water bath, you should look at the thickness. You may need a little more or a little less cream. It all depends on the quality of the chocolate.)

COOKING METHOD:
Add soft butter at room temperature to a bowl.
Add sugar.Grind the butter and sugar until white.
Add chicken egg.
Beat the mixture with a whisk.
Combine flour, baking soda, vanilla sugar, dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Combine the egg-butter mixture and the flour, vanilla sugar and baking soda mixture. Knead the shortbread dough.
Grind the walnuts with a coffee grinder or blender into fine grains. Form balls with a mass of 25-30 g from the dough (slightly less). Flatten each ball slightly and roll in walnuts.

Avocado - 1 pc.

Red onion - 1 piece

Quail egg - 6 pieces

Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.

Lavash - 3 pieces

COOKING METHOD:
Cut tomatoes, bell peppers and avocado into small pieces, sweet blue onions into strips.

Hard-boiled quail eggs and cut in half. Of course, eggs can be replaced with regular chicken eggs.

Drizzle with lemon juice, which complements the avocado well.
