INGREDIENTS for 2 servings:

Lavash — 1 piece

Ketchup — 2 tbsp. l.

Sausage (smoked) — 100 gr
Tomato — 1 piece

Hard cheese — 100 gr

Chicken egg — 3 pieces

Greens to taste

Vegetable oil (for lubrication) — to taste

COOKING METHOD: Put lavash in a mold, grease with vegetable oil and ketchup, cut sausage into cubes on top, tomatoes in half rings, greens. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Gently break the eggs on top. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 10 minutes.

UNUSUAL CROISSANTS WITH APPLES.

Cooking time — 20 minutes. INGREDIENTS for 6 servings: Dough: Kefir — 500 ml Butter — 150 gr Lard — 1 tbsp. l. Sugar — 200 gr Yeast — 50 gr Chicken egg — 2 pieces Wheat flour — 750 gr Filling: Apple to taste Cinnamon to taste COOKING METHOD:

Add yeast, sugar, eggs, soft butter, lard to warm kefir and mix. Pour in the sifted flour and knead into a soft elastic dough. We leave in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.

Divide the dough into 4-6 pieces, roll each into a circle and cut into 8 triangles-segments. Put the sliced apples on a wide edge, sprinkle with cinnamon on top and wrap in a bagel.

Put on a greased baking sheet, leave for 10-15 minutes. We bake in the oven at 190 degrees until golden brown.

Hearty breakfast.

MANNIK ON KEFIRINGREDIENTS:

Semolina - 0.5 cups
Wheat flour - 160 gr
Granulated sugar - 230 gr
Kefir - 125 ml
Egg - 1 pc.
Butter - 70 gr
Baking powder - 1 tsp
COOKING METHOD:
Pour kefir into a bowl, pour the semolina, mix and leave for 20 minutes to swell the cereal.
Add sugar, butter and egg. A little vanillin will help make the cake more flavorful.
Stir the mixture until smooth, and immediately add flour and baking powder.
The dough for manna is almost ready, it remains to mix it well.
Then we transfer the mixture to a form designed for microwave ovens (silicone is suitable) and put the manna in the microwave.The required power of the device is 800 W, the cooking time is 5-6 minutes.

The finished delicacy must be cooled and sprinkled with powdered sugar or soaked in condensed milk before serving.

OAT FLAKE PANCAKESINGREDIENTS:

Oatmeal flakes - 250 gr
Banana - 2 pieces
Chicken egg - 2 pieces
Wheat flour - 1 tbsp. l.
Honey - to taste
Yogurt - to taste
Raisins to taste

COOKING METHOD:
Mash one banana in a bowl.
Add oatmeal, eggs and stir.
Let stand for 10 minutes and add flour. Bake pancakes in butter or without butter, as you wish.


Shift the finished pancakes with slices of the second banana, pour over honey and yogurt, sprinkle with raisins.

CRISPY BREADED CHICKEN LEGS

Cooking time - 80 min
INGREDIENTS for 3 servings:
Bread (toast or just white) - 2 chunks.

Suluguni cheese - 100 gr
Chicken egg - 2 pieces
Salt to taste
Black pepper - to taste
Sweet paprika - to taste
Butter - 1 tsp.


COOKING METHOD:
We pierce the chicken legs with a fork so that they are better marinated
